Simple recipe for Salt Dough

To make the salt dough:
200ml Flour
200ml salt
100ml water

To make your salt dough is really easy, all you do is put the flour, salt and water in a mixing bowl and stir until you have a lovely not sticky ball of dough.

It's a really fun thing to make with children too.  Mine love anything that involves the mixing bowl.

When it comes to cooking the dough it needs to be on the lowest setting in your oven really low - I set ours to 75 degrees Celsius.

Things you can do with your salt dough...

So much can be learnt from art.  I love including art in as many lessons as possible; I am a firm believer that any lessons intergrated with art are remembered far more easily as art is fun!
